Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save Policy – Custom Car Air Fresheners

Cheshire Print offers a convenient Subscribe & Save service for our custom car air fresheners so you never run out.

Eligible Products

This subscription applies only to Custom Car Air Fresheners.

Subscription Frequencies & Discounts

You can choose to receive your air fresheners every:

  • 1 month – 15% discount
  • 2 months – 10% discount
  • 3 months – 5% discount

Additional Benefits:

  • Free Express Production on your first shipment
  • Ongoing priority production to ensure you never run out
  • Automatic delivery on your chosen schedule

Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 months. If you cancel before completing 3 months, you will be charged the difference in discount received on previous orders.

Example: If you subscribe monthly (15% off) and cancel after the first delivery, you will be charged the full 15% discount back on that order.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled payment to cancel or pause.
  • Cancellation must be made through your customer account or in writing (email).
  • Early cancellation within the first 3 months will result in repayment of all discounts received (see Minimum Commitment above).

Changes to Your Subscription

You may change the following at any time, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date:

  • Quantity
  • Frequency
  • Fragrance / design options
  • Delivery address
  • Artwork (new files must be supplied)

Payment & Failed Payments

  • Payments are charged automatically on the scheduled date.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry it. Production will continue as normal.
  • You remain responsible for the order unless you have cancelled with the required 7 days’ notice in writing.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. There are no special conditions for subscribed items.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices. You will be notified in advance of any price increase. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel with 7 days’ notice.

Managing Your Subscription

All subscriptions are managed through your account on our website. You can view, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time (subject to the notice period and minimum commitment).
