Turnaround Times

  • What is your turnaround time? Our turnaround times vary for each product. With products that are less laborious, such as custom stickers,custom labels, custom business cards, and leaflets being slotted into our production schedule as soon as it is feasible to do so.

  • How soon will I get my custom air fresheners? Our branded air fresheners go through a complex and rigourous production process to ensure market leading quality. With that being said our custom air fresheners usually come with a turnaround time of 14-17 days.

  • Can you work to a deadline?If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please get in touch prior to placing an order. We always try our best to reach deadlines, please note, depending on the urgency, additional fees may apply. We produce our custom air fresheners in the UK, along with all of our other products. meaning we can work to most turnaround requirements.

Artwork & Design

  • Can I have a different design on the front & reverse of my custom air fresheners? Yes! And there's no hidden extras! We have the ability to print your design to your wildest expectations!

  • Can you cut my air fresheners to any shape? Our meticulous and bespoke production processes allow us to produce any custom shape air fresheners, without costly setup fees, or additional charges. The price you see, is the price you pay.

  • When will I receive my design proof? With the amount of orders we receive, it is difficult to provide an accurate ETA on design visuals, but rest assured we will not proceed with production until you are 100% happy with your visuals.

Custom Air Fresheners

  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity? We pride ourselves in offering the lowest minimum order custom air fresheners in the country. We have a MOQ of 50 units per fragrance

  • Can I have multiple fragrances in my order? Yes, you can indeed split your order across multiple fragrances. We ask for a minimum of 50 units per fragrance.Additional fragrance splits may be charged a small fee, due to the loss in bulk discount from our fragrance suppliers.

  • Do you really produce your air fresheners in house in the UK? Yes! We take great pride in our bespoke production processes that allow us to produce our custom air fresheners in the UK. We only use the highest quality fragrances, providing you with a premium aromatic experience that lasts for weeks!

  • What colour elastics are available? We mainly provide black, white or grey threads. other colours can be provided at an additional cost.

  • How long do the fragrances last? Whilst we make every effort to only use the highest quality fragrance oils, it is extremely difficult to determine the potency & longevity of any fragrance. Each fragrance breaks down into the air at a different rate, and there are many external factors such as air conditioning, temperature, humidity, windows & doors being opened regularly etc.

    As a general guideline, you can expect around 2-3 weeks from your hanging air fresheners, this will of course vary above & below this guideline for each individual fragrance.

  • What is the shelf life of your custom air fresheners? We advise all of our customers to store their car air fresheners in a cold, dark, dry place to ensure maximum shelf life. As a guideline, aim to use all of your air fresheners within 12 months of receiving them to ensure maximum product performance.

  • Do you offer graphic design / web design services? Yes, we offer custom design services for all of our products, alongside external graphic & web design services. We cater for all graphic design needs, please get in touch if you have any questions or requirements.

  • What other products to you print / produce? Whilst not currently listed on our website, we undertake all custom clothing jobs,(Printing only) all brochure printing, leaflet printing, flyer printing, business card printing, sticker printing, label printing, banner printing, custom packaging, and more. All of our products are produced in Warrington, cheshire, and can be collected from our premises once complete.
