Your shipment will only be delivered Monday - Saturday, we are not held responsible for any delays once your order has left our premises.
For bespoke print orders, we may have to outsource some services. Thus meaning that your order may be shipped to you via a different courier, and take longer than expected. We will not be held responsible for shipment delays on bespoke orders. (All customers who are seeking bespoke print will be given an in depth information sheet upon receipt of their initial quote.)
Lead time is not included in the delivery period, your shipment will not be printed nor dispatched until you have approved your artwork.
